Allan APPLEYARD

Allan moved to Clayton with Frickley near Thurnscoe, South Yorkshire as a child and worked in service.

He enlisted in Thurnscoe into the 14th Northumberland Fusiliers and died of wounds in May 1918.

He is remembered on Soissons Memorial and on the village war memorial in Clayton-With Frickley.
